Malam Minggu, dua harian yang lalu, cukup cerah, dan daripada menjadi gila pelan pelan, saya putuskan sahaja pergi ke keramaian kota, karena sekalian ada urusan disana.
Urusan pertama saya adalah ke sebuah kantor di bilangan Gambir, sekitaran Monumen Nasional. Urusan yang simpel, dan gak butuh waktu terlalu lama. Hanya sekitar setengah jam saya berurusan di situ. Selesai urusan, saatnya sedikit represing bareng Oom ini di bilangan Sudirman. Mayan jauh, tapi toh ada transportasi ala Jakarta bernama transjakarta atau orang sering bilang busway.
Dari arah tempat urusan saya tadi, saya mesti berjalan kaki kurang lebih satu kilometer ke shelter busway terdekat. Jadilah saya berjalan kaki di Jakarta. Trotoar jelek, galian, parkir sembarangan, sebut sajalah. Sudah #biyasa saya hadapi.
Medan Merdeka Selatan
Ada sesuatu yang sedikit berbeda di sini. Gak jauh dari tempat urusan saya tadi, sampailah saya di sebuah jalan bernama Medan Merdeka Selatan. Agak luar biasa disini karena sekonyong konyong saya menemukan blokade atas trotoar yang seharusnya menjadi hak saya sebagai pejalan kaki.
Ketidak biasaan ini belum berakhir sampe disini, ketika saya mulai mendekati blokade itu, seorang tenaga keamanan datang. Dengan nada lumayan tinggi, dia bilang:
-: Pak, jangan lewat sini, lewat sana saja!
+: Lho? Kenapa pak? Kenapa ndak boleh?
-: Iya soalnya ini kedutaan!
Sembari menunjuk ke aspalan. Dan saya yang ndeso inipun heran. Sejak kapan saya dilarang berjalan kaki di trotoar? Sebuah tempat yang dibangun untuk pejalan kaki? Alih alih saya malah dilarang lewat tempat itu, dan disuruh ke aspalan tempat lalu lalangnya kendaraan bermotor. Emang saya bis malam apa? — well, bodi emang subur sih, tapi saya bukan bis malam.
Selanjutnya dialog saya yang ndeso dan tenaga keamanan itu pun makin absurd. Dan kamipun didatengi tenaga keamanan lain. Agak waras kali ini. Dia bertanya:
~: Bapak keperluannya apa?
+: Saya cuma lewat, mau ke shelter busway
~: Silahkan bapak lewat sini (sembari menunjukkan saya aspal yang sama)
Dan sayapun garuk-garuk kepala
Oke, mungkin saya memang keras kepala, sudah tau verbodden kok masih nekat. Tapi ya ini, tapi… Kenapa mereka memblokade hak saya, di negara saya? Kalau demi alasan keamanan, mundurkan saja pagar sampeyan mister! Kasih jarak lebih antara jalan dan pager kedutaan sampeyan. Jangan nyebahi mentang-mentang sampeyan negara yang jauh lebih maju dari negara saya!
Dan sekali lagi, percuma sampeyan baik baikin orang di internet dan media sosial, menggelontorkan uang ribuan dolar buat kampanye kebaikan sampeyan, tapi perlakuan sampeyan ngacrut sama warga negara Indonesia #biyasa kek saya…
