Belum lama ini, setelah beberapa kali rawat jalan dengan beberapa kali gagal menemui dokter, mulai bosen, agak kendorlah saya melanjutkan proses pengobatan. Males, ribet, dan seterusnya dan seterusnya.
Sampai beberapa hari yang lalu di suatu Minggu yang lumayan cerah badan saya berasa kurang enak. Pergilah saya ke Fasilitas Kesehatan tingkat satu sesuai dengan yang tertera di BPJS saya. Sebuah klinik bernama Klinik Gading, tak jauh dari rumah saya.
BPJS Palsu!
Saya ke klinik ini sudah lebih dari sekali. Mungkin ada dua atau tiga kali. Dan setiap mendaftar selalu saja saya mesti berantem dengan bapak-bapak penerima pendaftaran. Selalu bapak-bapak yang sudah agak sepuh itu menanyakan: “aslinya mana mas?” Dengan polosnya saya jawab: Dukuh Pak, Jalan Bantul 
“Bukan, kartu BPJS aslinya!” Kata bapak itu. Dan sayapun mulai bingung. Sambil menunjukkan poin peraturan di e-id BPJS yang saya serahkan tadi, saya bilang, ini juga asli pak, sama saja kok.
“Kok ndak dilaminating? Kok cuma hitam putih? Besok lagi bawa yang asli ya? Bentuknya kartu dan berwarna.” Lanjut bapak itu. Sayapun mengiyakan permintaan bapak itu. Biar cepat. Meskipun hal itu kurang menyelesaikan masalah. Bapak itu masih saja menganggap kalau e-id BPJS itu adalah BPJS palsu, bukan aslinya.
Setelah bertemu dan berkonsultasi dengan dokter, sayapun diberi rujukan untuk ke RS. Dirujuklah saya ke RS Panti Rapih sesuai dengan permintaan saya. Karena konon, kata salah seorang teman baik saya, Bapak Jasoet di RS itu pelayanannya cepat dan lebih menyenangkan dibandingkan beberapa RS yang pernah dia kunjungi. Saya teringat hal itu, mengamini saja dan meminta rujukan kesana ketika ditanya dokter klinik.
Memang cepat, tapi…
Sesampainya di sana, pelayanan yang saya terima memang cepat. Karena hampir semua poli di hari Minggu tutup, sayapun diperiksa di UGD. Agak menyeramkan ya? Tapi entahlah, mungkin begitu prosesnya. Dan sayapun diobati dan dicek oleh sekitar 2 dokter dan 3 paramedis. Kurang dari sejam, merekapun sepakat bahwa saya mesti menginap. Sayapun tidak diperbolehkan pulang.
Mereka meminta saya untuk mengabari keluarga saya. Karena untuk mendapatkan kamar, harus ada yang menjamin saya. Begitu rupanya peraturan RS. Mereka “kurang percaya” pada orang yang tanpa penjamin. Kebijakan yang kurang fleksibel dan terlalu jadul kalau menurut saya.
(Hampir) Dapat kamar
Lalu saya teleponlah paman saya, dan beliau yang menjadi penjamin saya sehingga saya dipindah dari UGD ke kamar rawat inap, sementara. Ya, semantara. Karena kamar yang sesuai dengan jaminan BPJS saya yaitu kelas 1 penuh, demikian juga kelas 2, tinggallah kelas 3 itupun statusnya saya sebagai pasien yang menunggu urutan kamar. Bukan pasien kelas 3 yang “shahih”.
Selama saya di kelas 3 itu, beberapa kali saya dipindahkan ruangan, entah kenapa bisa begitu. Saya pun kurang paham. Dan selama beberapa hari saya di sana, tetap saya belum bisa mendapatkan kamar sesuai jaminan BPJS saya.
(Hampir) Gratis karena BPJS
Empat hari saya dirawat dan dipaksa leren. Sampai hari ke empat, sayapun diperbolehkan pulang, dan tetap belum mendapat kamar. Bahkan ada beberapa kawan yang menjenguk saya, kebingungan karena nama saya tidak terdaftar di kamar manapun 😆
Di hari saya pulang, saya diharuskan menyelesaikan administrasi. Saya dikenakan Rp. 170.000 untuk keperluan non medis yang saya tidak diberitahu detilnya. Hanya tulisan non medis dan angka 170.000 di kuitansi nya. Selain itu, beberapa obat yang seharusnya saya bawa pulang dinyatakan kosong, dan hanya diberi resep untuk saya tebus di apotik. Yah, duit lagi dong 😆
Ikutlah BPJS meskipun…
Lesson learnt, BPJS itu sungguh membantu meskipun ada beberapa catatan kecil yang mesti diperhatikan.
- BPJS belum benar-benar siap. Keterangan kebijakan dan program belum disampaikan sejelasnya kepada petugas lapangan. Terbukti dengan e-id yang masih dikira palsu.
- BPJS kastanya dibawah asuransi komersial. Suka atau tidak, begitulah nyatanya. Begitulah anggapannya.
- Kelas 1, 2 atau 3 sama saja. Pelayanan yang didapat sama, obat juga, dan sayangnya, kadang sama juga dapat kamarnya. Jadi, bayarlah sebanyak sampeyan mampu bayar untuk tanggung renteng subsidi silang peserta BPJS, agar program ini bisa berjalan terus. Lupakan soal kamar yang lebih bagus!
- Punya BPJS tidak sama dengan bebas biaya. Ada yang tidak ditanggung seperti beberapa hal non medis, beberapa obat yang tergolong mahal, dan celah-celah yang tidak terduga seperti obat habis dan harus beli sendiri.
Adalah bagus punya BPJS. Banyak hal akan menjadi ringan, meski bagi beberapa dari kita, meski menurunkan kadar harapan.
